Nicolaus-Johannes Heyse (born September 1, 1974 in Weimar ) is a German set designer , costume designer and graphic artist .

Nicolaus-Johannes Heyse began studying architecture at the Technical University of Berlin in 1992/93 after a one-year stay at the Art High School in Lahti / Finland and Abitur in 1995 in Berlin . From 1998–2000 he worked as a set design assistant at the Schauspiel Leipzig , where the first set design projects arose. Since then he has worked as a set and costume designer in the German-speaking theater area a. a. with the directors Matthias Brenner , Aureliusz Smigiel , Andreas Rehschuh , Konstanze Lauterbach , Joachim Lätsch , Sandrine Hutinet and Dietmar Horcicka .
