Nicole Böhm (* 3. June 1974 as Nicole Brossart in Germersheim ) is a German author , mainly urban fantasy writing.

Life

Böhm began training as a beautician before taking drawing and acting classes at Glendale Community College in Phoenix (Arizona) at the age of 20 . This was followed by training at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York . Böhm later returned to Germany. After her return, she worked as an assistant in a legal department and took part-time photography for an animal photo agency .

She lives with her husband in Speyer .

Literary work

From 2014 to 2020, the series The Chronicles of the Soul Guardians , written by Böhm, was published by Greenlight Press . A new volume was released every month. Volume 1 was nominated for the Seraph 2015 by the Fantastic Academy in January 2015 . After she won third place in the “Best Series” category at the German Fantastic Audience Award in the same year , she won it in 2016 and 2017. On November 4, 2017, a sold out performance of the live radio play Die took place in the theater am puls in Schwetzingen Chronicles of the Soul Guardians .

Böhm is a member of the Federal Association of Young Authors and creates her own covers and graphics for her stories.
