Nikola Manojlović (born December 1, 1981 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian handball player .

From January to December 2005 he was under contract with Pfadi Winterthur . From December 2005 Manojlović then played for the Bundesliga club FRISCH AUF! Goeppingen . After three and a half years, Manojlović moved to the Romanian club HCM Constanța in the summer of 2009 , which he left after a few weeks. Then the 1.95 m tall back center player ran for a season for the Rhein-Neckar Löwen and then moved to RK Velenje . In the summer of 2012 he joined the league rivals RK Koper . In summer 2012 he took part in the Olympic Games in London . In 2013 he moved again to the Rhein-Neckar Löwen, where he signed a one-year contract. From 2014 he ran for the Belarusian club Brest GK Meschkow . In January 2016 Manojlović joined the German Bundesliga club TuS N-Lübbecke .
