After first assistant choreography for Melissa King ("8 women" in the Renaissance theater Berlin, "Drei von der Gasstelle" in the Schlossparktheater Berlin) and Kim Duddy ("Im Weißen Rössl" Landestheater Salzburg), Nini Stadlmann took over choreographies in operettas and musicals, for example at the Neukölln Opera and the Vienna Volksoper.

In the musical comedy "Höchst Zeit!" By Tilmann von Blomberg, Katja Wolff and Carsten Gerlitz she developed the role "The Young". The production ran for 4 years in the entire German-speaking area, which is why Nini Stadlmann established himself primarily in the comedic field. The world premiere of the sequel “Heavenly Times.
