Nketoana ( English Nketoana Local Municipality ) is a local municipality in the Thabo Mofutsanyana District , Free State Province , South Africa. The administrative headquarters are in Reitz . Mamiki Mokoena is the mayor.

The community name is derived from the name in Sesotho for the river flowing through the community.
