Norbert Felsinger (born July 17, 1939 ) is a former Austrian figure skater who started in a single run .

He competed for the Vienna Ice Skating Club. From 1954 to 1960 he took part in all world and European championships . With one exception, he placed in the top ten of all seven world championships. His best result was fourth place at the 1960 World Cup . At European Championships he reached the podium twice. In 1959 he won the bronze medal and in 1960 he was vice European champion behind Alain Giletti . Felsinger took part in the Olympic Games in 1956 and 1960 . His best placement there was seventh in his first Olympic Games.
