Norbert Heinen (administrative lawyer)

Norbert M. Heinen (born on November 28, 1936 in Betzdorf ) is a German administrative lawyer , former district administrator of the Unterwesterwaldkreis and Westerwaldkreis , as well as a long-time board member of the Provinzial Rheinland and chairman of the Rhenish Association for Monument Preservation and Landscape Protection .

Life

The Catholic Heinen is the son of the lawyer and notary Heinrich Heinen and his wife Berta Heinen, nee Peerenboom. After graduating from high school in 1956, he studied law and political science at the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg until 1960 . Since 1956 he has been a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Hercynia Freiburg im Breisgau im CV . In 1960 he passed the first state examination and in 1965 the second state examination. Heinen entered the service of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. In addition to his work as a management representative of the German Foundation for Monument Protection in Bonn , Heinen was honorary chairman of the Rhenish Association for Monument Preservation and Landscape Protection in Cologne from 1990 to 2009, and later he was appointed honorary chairman.

Norbert Heinen was awarded the Cross of Merit on Ribbon in 1984 and the Cross of Merit 1st Class of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2001.

In 1964 Norbert Heinen married Jutta Janson, with whom he has three children, a daughter and two sons.
