Norman Müller (born August 7, 1985 in Lutherstadt Eisleben ) is a former German athlete who competed in the decathlon. He started for the Halle Athletics Friends Association .

Career and successes

At the age of eight, Norman Müller went to the athletics club SSV Eisleben. In the sixth grade he switched to the sports school in Halle / Saale .

He celebrated his first successes at the German Championships in Berlin in 2002, where he became German runner-up. He was also German runner-up in 2006, 2007 and 2009. In 2005 he became German indoor champion. Further successes were:

On August 6, 2009, he increased his personal best to 8295 points.

From June 2005 he completed his training as a federal police officer in middle service at the federal police performance sports project in Cottbus.

He ended his sporting career in March 2015.
