Norshahrul Idlan bin Talaha (born June 8, 1986 in Besut ) is a Malaysian football player.
Career
society
Norshahrul Idlan learned to play football at Perak FA in Ipoh . Here he signed his first contract in 2003. The club played in the country's highest league, the Malaysia Super League . In 2007 he moved to the league competitor Negeri Sembilan FA in Negeri Sembilan . After a year he went to the first division promoted UPB-MyTeam FC in Selangor . After 75 games and 14 goals, he moved to Kelantan FA in Kota Bharu in 2010 . With the club he won the Malaysia Cup in 2010 and 2012 . He played 69 times for Kelantan and scored 36 goals. Johor Darul Ta'zim FC , the first division side from Pasir Gudang , signed him for two years in 2013. In 2014 he became a champion. In 2013 he was with the club in the final of the Malaysia FA Cup . He was in the final of the Malaysia Cup in 2014. In early 2015, he moved to the first division Armed Forces FC for six months . In mid-2015 he moved to Kuala Terengganu , where he signed a contract with the first division club Terengganu FA . By the end of 2016, he had played a total of 53 top division games for the club. The 2017 season he played at FELDA United in Jengka . In 2018 he signed a contract with Pahang FA in Kuantan . With Pahang he won the Malaysia FA Cup in 2018 and was runner-up in the Malaysia Super League in 2019. He signed his first foreign contract in Thailand in 2020 . Here he signed a contract with first division promoted BG Pathum United FC from Pathum Thani . With the club he will play in the Thai League .
National team
Since 2007, Norshahrul Idlan played 79 times for the Malaysian national team . In 2009 he won the Southeast Asian Games with the team . He celebrated the Southeast Asian Championship in 2010. In 2014 and 2018 he was second in the tournament.
