The Norwegian Championships in Nordic Combined 2019/20 were held at different locations. The jumping for the sprints and the Gundersen competitions was held in Falun on November 17, 2019 , while the cross-country skiing was held a week later in Beitostølen . The mass starts and team sprint competitions were supposed to take place in Lillehammer at the end of the season between March 26 and 28, but were canceled by the Norwegian Sports Federation in mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic . The sprints were won by Espen Bjørnstad and Marte Leinan Lund , while the Gundersen singles were won by Gyda Westvold Hansen and Harald Johnas Riiber .

Sprint (K 90/5 km)

The sprint took place on November 17 and 23, 2019. The ski jumping event was held on the Lugnet normal hill in Falun , whereas the two laps of 2500 meters were run in Beitostølen . 55 athletes were registered for the jump round, but four athletes - including defending champion Jarl Magnus Riiber - did not start. The later champion Espen Bjørnstad showed the best jump , while Espen Andersen had the best running time.

The individual competition based on the Gundersen method took place on November 17 and 24, 2019 in Falun and Beitostølen . 49 athletes started, with only 23 athletes participating in cross-country skiing. Kasper Moen Flatla showed the best jumping performance , while Lars Buraas had the best running time. Harald Johnas Riiber became Norwegian champion .

The sprint took place on November 17th and 23rd, 2019 in Falun and Beitostølen . Nineteen athletes started, of which only ten took part in cross-country skiing. Marte Leinan Lund , who already showed the best jumping performance, became Norwegian champion .

Gundersen (K 90/5 km)

The individual competition in the Gundersen method took place on November 17 and 24, 2019 in Falun and Beitostølen . Eleven athletes were included in the ranking, including the foreign athletes Tara Geraghty-Moats and Daniela Dejori . The Finn Susanna Forsström showed the best jump, but she did not take part in cross-country skiing. Gyda Westvold Hansen became Norwegian champion .
