Nya ڽاis a letter of the extended Arabic alphabet of the Malay language ( Jawi ). It consists of a nun with three instead of one diacritical point. These are in the isolated and final form above the Rasm , but below in the initial and medial position in order to be distinguishable from the Tha . The form of the initial and medial nya is thus indistinguishable from the Persian Pe , but in its place in the Jawi this isڤ in use.

The Nya is used in the Jawi script for the voiced palatal nasal . In Latin script the digraph ny is used for this sound .
