The Obere Mühle was a watermill in Blatzheim , a district of the city of Kerpen in the Rhein-Erft district in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The grinding mill was fed by the water of the Neffelbach .
The mill was bought in 1803 by a person named Habes from Aachen and later sold to a Michael Bergershausen. In 1937 the mill had two grinding courses and a barley course as well as an undershot water wheel . After 1945 the mill was stopped.
