The Oconto River is a 91.6 km long river in Oconto County in the northeast of the US -amerikanischen state of Wisconsin . It arises at the confluence of the North Branch Oconto River and South Branch Oconto River in Suring and flows into the Green Bay of Lake Michigan in Oconto . It drains an area of 6,260 km² in Oconto County and the adjacent counties of Shawano , Marinette , Menominee , Langlade and Forest .
