The nature reserve Olle Wiese and Bachsysteme between Erwitte and Stirpe is located in the area of the city of Erwitte in the Soest district in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The area extends to the west and northwest of the core town of Erwitte, east of the Erwitter districts of Stirpe and Weckinghausen, directly on the B 51 on the southern edge . It is located between the L 748 state road running to the west and the B 55 running to the east along the Glasebach to the Gieseler flowing north .
