The United Kingdom participated in the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis , United States of America , with a delegation of six athletes (all men) in four competitions in three sports. Two medals (one gold and one silver each) could be won. The youngest athlete was the golfer Simpson Foulis (20 years and 239 days), the oldest athlete was the golfer Frederick Newbery (39 years and 313 days). It was the country's second summer Olympics participation .
