Canada participated in the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis , United States , with a delegation of 56 athletes (all men) in 15 competitions in six sports. Six medals (four gold and one silver and one bronze each) could be won. The youngest athlete was the golfer Albert Edison Austin (15 years and 322 days), the oldest athlete was the golfer Albert William Austin (47 years and 176 days). It was the country's second summer Olympics participation .
