One Mississippi is a semi- autobiographical US comedy series by the stand-up comedian Tig Notaro. The pilot episode was shown on November 5, 2015 on Amazon Prime and later expanded to a full season due to very positive feedback. Produced by Diablo Cody and Louis CK, the series premiered on September 9, 2016 in the USA and on October 14, 2016 in Germany on Amazon. On November 14, 2016, Amazon commissioned a second season. The second season was released from September 7, 2017 in the USA and on October 27, 2017 in Germany. A third season is not intended.

Still suffering from complications from breast cancer, Tig returns to her hometown after her mother dies, where she grapples with her own mortality as she embarks on a painful but highly amusing journey to uncover the uncomfortable truths brings her family and herself to light.
