Life
Büsing made his first attempts at composition in elementary school, starting with improvisations on the piano. After graduating from high school, he studied at the Hanover University of Music and graduated in church music (A), school music , music theory and composition ( Alfred Koerppen's master class ). Subsequently, in the 1980s he taught at the Hanover University of Music (organ improvisation) and the Detmold University of Music (lecturer in music theory). He is married to the cantor and concert organist Jakoba Marten-Büsing and has two children.
plant
Büsing, whose compositional handwriting can be characterized by the terms of selective row technique , material counterpoint and spectral synthesis , which he himself coined , composes works for almost all genres. His works range from experimental piano music ( Orion for midi piano - 2010) to organ and chamber music as well as song cycles to orchestral music ( Affaire 1998) and the chamber opera Picnick im Felde (1997) based on Fernando Arrabal . And I tell a central position in his oeuvre is an uncompromisingly modern addition to the seven-movement fragment of Bach's Markus Passion BWV 247 based on texts by Walter Jens (retransmission of the Markus Gospel).
Büsing's works met with a wide response at home and abroad. Special cooperation with the State Opera Unter den Linden (Berlin), the Theater Magdeburg , the Malmö opera och musikteater (Musiktheater Malmö), the Badische Staatskapelle Karlsruhe , the Dresden Symphony Orchestra , the Philharmonic Orchestra Freiburg, the Nuremberg Philharmonic , the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra , the Ensemble Aventure, Ensemble SurPlus and the Offenburg Ensemble.
There are productions and recordings of many compositions from all major German-speaking television and radio companies as well as cooperation with Ukrainian television and radio.
All works are published by the German Edition Gravis .
