The Ottenberg is a hill in the municipality of Berg in the canton of Thurgau , Switzerland . The Ottenberg hill range is located in the municipalities of Berg, Kemmental , Märstetten and Weinfelden .
The Ottenberg has a height of 680 m above sea level. M. and is located north of Weinfelden and Mauren . At the east foot of the Ottenberg is the village of Berg, at the north foot Engelswilen and Hugelshofen and at the west foot Ottoberg . The small village of Weerswilen and the castles Weinfelden and Bachtobel are located on the southern slope , while the hamlet of Ottenberg is on the Ottenberg.
The southern slope of the Ottenberg, where vines are grown , is listed in the inventory of places worthy of protection in Switzerland .
