Otto Rudolf Pulch

Otto Rudolf Pulch (born June 26, 1921 in Frankfurt am Main ; † July 5, 2006 ) was a German lawyer and politician ( FDP ).

Life and work

After graduating from high school in Frankfurt am Main in 1939, Pulch initially did Reich Labor Service and then took part in World War II as a soldier . In 1945 he was taken prisoner of war, from which he was released in 1946.

Pulch began studying law and political science at the University of Frankfurt , which he completed in 1950 with the first state examination and in 1954 with the second state examination . He then entered the service of the Hessian judicial administration, worked as a judge at various local courts and finally became a judge in a large criminal chamber at the Frankfurt am Main regional court .

From 1966 he was the state chairman of the German Association of Judges in Hesse and from 1973 to 1976 its deputy national chairman.

Pulch was a member of the FDP .

MP

Pulch belonged to the Hessian state parliament from 1970 to 1974 , where he was deputy chairman of the FDP parliamentary group. From February 6, 1975 to October 20, 1976 and from August 8, 1977 to 1980, he was again a member of the state parliament. In both cases he replaced the retired MP Heinz Herbert Karry . He was chairman of the committee of inquiry that was supposed to clarify the donation affair of the Frankfurt SPD .

Public offices

Pulch was State Secretary in the Hessian Ministry of the Interior from 1976 to 1978. From 1978 to 1986 he was President of the Hessian Court of Audit .
