Pak Il (born February 6, 1992 ) is a North Korean ice hockey goalkeeper .
Career
Pak Il made his first international appearance at the 2010 U20 World Cup when he was on the ice for North Korea in Division III and finished third among seven teams with his team behind Australia and Iceland. In the following year he was also in the box for the North Koreans at the U20 World Cup in Division III.
With the men's national team , he took part in the Division III World Championships in 2014 and 2015 , when he conceded the fewest goals per game and also achieved the best catch rate. After Bulgaria missed promotion in 2014 , the North Koreans were promoted back to Division II after four years thanks to Paks good goalkeeping performances and a 4-3 win in the decisive game against hosts Turkey . There he played at the 2016 World Cup .
At club level, Pak plays for Pyeongchul in the North Korean ice hockey league .
