After the production of the debut album Melancholic Freedom with Sucellos Audio over the year 2009, the album was finally released on January 15, 2010 on the sub-label Xochipilli Records in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden and the USA (through Indyrhythm) the market.

In the summer of that year the controversial and extreme music video for Post-Vomit Lines was filmed with Solobuio Visual Factory in Rome, which was shown on TMF , MTV and the homepage of Marshall Amplification Germany , among others .

During the two-month recording, the band played their first concert in the USA.

The recordings then went into post-production at Turbine Productions in Cologne.

At the same time, the band decided to change their previous name Pandora to Pandora's Bliss in order to avoid possible copyright problems with the release of the second album.

Immediately afterwards, Pandora's Bliss went on a three-week tour of the east coast of the USA from May to June 2012 .

style

The band's style is often associated with the Seattle sound of the 1990s. So many recognize parallels to bands like Nirvana , L7 , Mudhoney and the Riot Grrrl scene, whereas on the last album, dark, heavy metal- heavy riffs are often played.

The band itself says: “For us, punk rock simply means freedom and independence in musical / artistic expression. No more and certainly no less. In doing so, we decidedly turn away from any fashion and trend-fixated pathos. "
