Panna Udvardy (born September 28, 1998 in Kaposvár ) is a Hungarian tennis player .

Career

Udvardy started playing tennis at the age of five and prefers hard courts. She mainly plays on the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has won four singles and six doubles titles so far.

At the Australian Open 2016 she started in junior singles and junior doubles. She was eliminated in singles in the second round and in doubles with her partner Mira Antonitsch in the quarterfinals. In the junior women's competitions of the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open, she also competed in singles and doubles, but was eliminated in the first round.

For the BRD Bucharest Open 2016 she received a wildcard for the qualification , but already failed in the first game with 1: 6, 6: 3 and 3: 6 to Marina Melnikowa . Udvardy celebrated her first tournament victory in doubles in October in Melilla and her first victory in singles in December in Casablanca .

At the Hungarian Ladies Open 2017 she received a wildcard for the qualification in singles and for the main draw in doubles with her partner Anna Blinkowa . In the individual, she failed in the first round of qualification with 1: 6 and 5: 7 to Ana Bogdan .
