The parliamentary elections in Greece in 1993 took place on October 10, 1993.
Electoral system
There are 300 seats in the Greek Parliament for a term of four years. A three percent threshold was applied to the approved parties . The election was based on proportional representation . Voting was compulsory for all Greek citizens over the age of 18.

Election result
The election winner was the opposition Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK), it received an absolute majority in parliament and at the same time was able to record the largest increase in votes. The previously ruling New Democracy (ND) was the loser in the election with the greatest losses .
