Patrice Bailly-Salins (born June 21, 1964 in Morez , France ) is a former French biathlete .

He won the bronze medal with the French relay at the 1994 Olympic Games in Lillehammer . In 1995 he became world champion in the sprint over 10 kilometers and took second place with the French relay.

In 1994 he also won the overall ranking in the biathlon world cup .
