Patrick Göbel (born July 8, 1993 in Heilbad Heiligenstadt ) is a German soccer player and the brother of Christoph Göbel , with whom he played at FSV Zwickau . He is under contract with Halleschen FC in the 3rd division .

Career

In 2007 Patrick Göbel came from FC Union Mühlhausen to FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt . There he went through the remaining youth departments. From the 2010/11 season he was used in both the third-rate professional team and the second team. For the 2012/13 season he signed a professional contract valid until 2014 with an option for a further year. In September 2014 he joined the FSV Zwickau shortly before the end of the transition period . In June 2016, he extended his contract in Zwickau by 2 years until June 30, 2018. For the 2017/18 season, Göbel switched to the Würzburger Kickers , where he immediately became a regular player.

After two seasons for the Franconia, Göbel signed a one-year contract with Halleschen FC in May 2019 , which can be extended by one year with an option.
