Paul Dugdale

Paul Dugdale (* 1980 ) is an English director of commercials and music videos .

Life

Paul Dugdale studied at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. He has been working as a director since 2006.

He made commercials for various companies such as BNP Paribas , Red Bull , Adidas , Guinness , ASOS.com , Ray-Ban , Blackberry and American Express .

However, he focuses on directing music films. Emeli Sandé directed the concert video , recorded on November 11, 2012 at the Royal Albert Hall in London. He has made videos for the Jo Whiley Music Show on UK television, directed the NME Awards for Channel 4 and directed the 6-hour live broadcast of House Party: NYE in London in 2013 .

His music film Coldplay - Live 2012 shows various appearances by the group, as well as a documentary about the daily life of the band during the worldwide Mylo Xyloto tour . The film was nominated for the 2014 Grammy Awards . The video album Sweet Summer Sun - Hyde Park Live from The Rolling Stones , led in 2013 directed the Dugdale year, reached the top of the charts in the UK, US, German, Swiss and Austrian charts. Paul Dugdale directed the music film for Die Toten Hosen , which was completed at the end of their tour Der Krach der Republik in 2014.

In 2016 the documentary The Rolling Stones Olé Olé Olé !: A Trip Across Latin America was created .
