Paul Plamper

Paul Plamper (* 1972 in Ulm ) is a German director and writer for theater and radio plays .

Life

From 1993 to 1995, Plamper studied theater studies and German at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Since 1992 he worked as an assistant director, later Plamper worked for the Berliner Ensemble and the Volksbühne Berlin . For the WDR he realized the radio plays Hüttenkäse , Stopper , TOP HIT made easy , Henry Silber comes to an end , Release (in cooperation with the NDR ) and Hochhaus . He staged the first Turkish Heiner Müller performance The Order at the Istanbul City Theater. 2005–2007 Plamper curated the radio play series of events “Radio Play Center” at the Hebbel am Ufer Theater in Berlin and “Radio Play Park” at the Freiburg Theater .

The radio play TOP HIT Made Easy - Top of the Charts in 50 Minutes , which was produced based on the book of the same name, is about the quick way to the No. 1 hit single in the German charts. As part of this radio play, a song was composed and broadcast that, after being released on the music market, made it to number 37 in the German charts.
