Pawel Kozur ( Russian Павел Михайлович Коцур , at the World Chess Federation FIDE Pavel Kotsur ; born January 3, 1974 in Zelinograd ) is a Kazakh chess player and coach .

In 2001, Kozur won the zone tournament in Tashkent . At the 2005 World Chess Cup he lost to Arkadij Naiditsch in the first round . He won the Kazakh individual championship once: 2011.

He played for Kazakhstan at seven Chess Olympiads : 1994 to 2002 , 2008 and 2014 . He also took part in the Asian team championships four times (1995 to 2003 and 2014).
