Peñaranda ( Tagalog : Bayan ng Peñaranda ) is a Filipino municipality in the province of Nueva Ecija , in the administrative region III, Central Luzon. The community has 29,882 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 10 barangays . It is classified as a fourth income class community in the Philippines and as a village .
Peñaranda is in the east of the central Luzon plain. Their neighboring communities are Gapan in the south, San Leonardo in the west, Santa Rosa in the north and General Tinio in the east.
