Licab ( Tagalog : Bayan ng Licab ) is a Filipino municipality in the province of Nueva Ecija , in the administrative region III, Central Luzon. Licab has a population of 28,254 (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 11 barangays . It is classified as a fourth income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .

Licab is located in the middle of the central Luzon plain. Their neighboring communities are Aliaga and Zaragoza in the south, Guimba in the north, Victoria in the west and Quezon in the east.
