Peter Haskell

Peter Abraham Haskell (born October 15, 1934 in Boston , Massachusetts , † April 12, 2010 in Northridge , Los Angeles , California ) was an American film actor .

Life

Haskell was born in Boston in 1934 to Rose Veronica Haskell , nee Golden, and the geophysicist Norman Haskell . He attended Browne & Nichols School and later earned a bachelor's degree from Harvard University after serving in the United States Army for two years .

Peter Haskell's plan to study at Columbia University failed when he appeared in the off-Broadway play The Love Nest with James Earl Jones and Sally Kirkland . In 1960 he married Annie Compton . The marriage lasted until 1974.

In the same year, the American married Diane Tolmich , with whom he was in a relationship until his death. He has two children. Peter Haskell died on April 12, 2010 at the age of 75. Reports indicate that the cause of death was a heart attack .

As an actor for film and television, he has appeared in more than 100 productions since the mid-1960s, mainly appearing in television series.
