Philadelphia is a district of Storkow (Mark) in the Oder-Spree district and is located on the Storkower Canal between Kummersdorf in the north, Groß Schauen in the south, Görsdorf b. Storkow in the west and Storkow in the east.
history
Philadelphia was mentioned for the first time in 1713 under the name "Mutton Stall" and in 1792 referred to as Philadelphia. The place name is derived from that of the American city of Philadelphia , PA , where the colonists who settled in the place originally wanted to emigrate.
Philadelphia was incorporated into Storkow on October 26, 2003.

To the east of the village center is the Luchwiesen nature reserve , one of the most species-rich inland salt sites in Brandenburg.
