Philemon Kirwa Tarbei
Philemon Kirwa Tarbei (* 1983 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .
In 2007 he won the Turin marathon and was third in the Lille half marathon and second in the Venice marathon . In 2008 he finished eighth in Turin and fourth in the Frankfurt Marathon . A 15th place in Frankfurt in 2009 was followed by a second place in the Ljubljana Marathon in 2010 .
Philemon Kirwa Tarbei comes from Kapsabet and is trained by Amos Korir.
