Philip Kipyegon Singoei

Philip Kipyegon Singoei (born December 31, 1975 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .

In 1999 he was sixth at the CPC Loop The Hague . A tenth place at the Rotterdam Marathon 2004 was followed by a second place at the Eindhoven Marathon 2004. In 2005 he was second again in Eindhoven, at the same time as the winner Boniface Usisivu .

In 2006 he finished seventh in the Paris Marathon and won in Eindhoven. In 2007 he defended his title in Eindhoven and in 2008 he finished tenth in the Rome Marathon .
