Philippe El Sisi

Philippe El Sisi (born September 30, 1984 in Cairo ) is a trance music artist from Egypt .

Career

El Sisi's musical interest began at the age of four when he started playing the piano. At the end of the 1990s he came into contact with the music of Armin van Buuren , Tiesto , Paul van Dyk and Paul Oakenfold and began to play music at small parties when he was 15. In 2004 he followed his childhood friends Aly & Fila and started producing music. In February 2006, his debut track Tears From Heaven appeared on the first episode of Aly & Fila's radio show Future Sound of Egypt .

In 2008 he won first place in the Diverted Recordings remix competition, in which more than 1000 remixes have entered. In the same year he released the EP Never After / Witness under the label Offshore Music . It was Never After by Aly & Fila on the A State Of Trance 350 played and Witness of Armin van Buuren . At the approximate time he was studying sound engineering in Italy.

In 2010 he first worked with Aly & Fila and released Without You with the English singer Senadee. Hits like The Last Hope , Era , You Never Know or Over You followed. In 2011, he played alongside greats such as Aly & Fila, John O'Callaghan , Roger Shah and Sied van Riel at the FSOE 200 anniversary event in Sharm el-Sheikh . He repeatedly plays at the events of FSOE and other global appearances such as Luminosity (in the Netherlands), Symbols in Madrid, Amsterdam Dance Event , Nature One , Ibiza or Pixel in Buenos Aires .

In 2017 he composed The Chronicles (FSOE 500 Anthem) together with Aly & Fila and Omar Sherif . The anthem was voted 11th in Armin van Buuren's Tune Of The Year . In 2018 there was a renewed collaboration with A World Beyond (FSOE 550 Anthem) by Philippe, Aly & Fila and Omar Sherif.
