Future Sound of Egypt is an event series and radio show by the Egyptian uplifting trance duo Aly & Fila . The radio program is broadcast every Wednesday on the Internet radio station Digitally Imported (DI.FM) worldwide.

history

The first broadcast of the radio show Future Sound of Egypt took place on February 28, 2006 and can be received every Wednesday from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Central European Time on the Internet radio station Digitally Imported (DI.FM) as well as over 50 other stations and access with over 4 million listeners. During this time, Aly & Fila will present new and partly still unknown pieces of music from the in-house label FSOE Recordings with the sub-labels FSOE Excelsior , FSOE Clandestine and FSOE Fables as well as from third-party labels.

Episode Milestones

Starting with episode 200, the respective anniversary episodes are particularly highlighted and celebrated with events in a wide variety of locations, including historically, when Aly & Fila performed as the first DJs in the world in front of the pyramids in Giza on September 11, 2015 , or notably, like the FSOE 350 at the Leubus Monastery in Poland, where the world's largest free trance event of the year took place. A specific anthem is prepared for each series of events and published under FSOE Recordings .

Other events

On October 7th, 2014 Future Sound of Egypt organized an event in Space Sharm in Sharm el-Sheikh with Paul van Dyk , Will Atkinson and Omnia, whereby all three DJs made their debut in Egypt .

On July 2, 2016, an event was organized under yet another concept, FSOE Island , namely for the first time on an island. It took place on Governors Island in the state of New York with greats like MIKE Push , Sean Tyas , Solarstone and The Thrillseekers .

At the beginning of 2017 it was announced that Aly & Fila will be present with their own stage "Future Sound of Egypt" on July 22nd, 2017 at Tomorrowland , at one of the world's largest events with 360,000 tickets already completely sold out. Aly & Fila , MIKE Push and The Thrillseekers are known as DJs here .

On March 11, 2017, a stage was set up at the Lucky Festival in Tacoma , USA. This was where Aly & Fila, Ferry Tayle , Jordan Suckley, Mark Sherry, Monoverse, Orjan Nilsen , ReOrder and Simon Patterson were represented.
