Pierluigi Sartorelli
Pierluigi Sartorelli (born December 29, 1912 in Venice , Italy , † April 28, 1996 ) was a Roman Catholic Archbishop and diplomat of the Holy See .
Life
Pierluigi Sartorelli received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Rijeka on September 19, 1942 .
On November 9, 1967, Pope Paul VI appointed him . the Titular Archbishop of Semina and ordered him to Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Kenya . The Patriarch of Venice , Giovanni Cardinal Urbani , donated him episcopal ordination on December 8 of the same year ; Co-consecrators were the auxiliary bishop in Venice, Giuseppe Olivotti , and the auxiliary bishop in Verona , Maffeo Giovanni Ducoli . On April 19, 1968 Paul VI appointed him. also to the Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Tanzania . Pierluigi Sartorelli resigned as Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Tanzania on December 22, 1970. Paul VI appointed him on October 7, 1972. titular Archbishop of Castello .
Pierluigi Sartorelli resigned as Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Kenya on January 16, 1976.
