Pierre Kleinheider (born November 7, 1989 in Offenbach am Main ) is a German football goalkeeper .

Athletic career

In 1993 Kleinheider was accepted into the SpVgg Dietesheim , for which he ran until 2002. For the next four years he played for SG Rosenhöhe Offenbach before he was accepted into the A-youth of 1. FSV Mainz 05 in 2006. By 2008, he made 24 appearances in the U-19 Bundesliga . The following years Kleinheider played in the fourth class regional league ; he played for the second team of 1. FSV Mainz 05 until 2011 . Then he was two years in the squad of the amateur team of the FSV Frankfurt , where he only came in the first season .

In 2013 Kleinheider moved to Halleschen FC . He got a one-year contract. After the previous goalkeeper Dominik Kisiel failed on the 4th day of the 2013/14 season due to adductor problems, he got his first appearance in a professional league.

After Kleinheider had previously been a guest player at Alemannia Aachen, he terminated his contract with Halleschen FC on January 22, 2016 and moved to the Regionalliga West for Alemannia. For the 2016/17 season he left Alemannia and joined the third division team Chemnitzer FC . There he received a contract that ran until June 30, 2017 with the option for a further year. In Chemnitz, Kleinheider couldn't get past regular goalkeeper Kevin Kunz and only played one 90-minute game in the Sachsenpokal against Lok Zwickau during the season . That is why he joined the Hessen division SC Hessen Dreieich during the summer break of 2017 . With him he became champion in the 2017/18 season and rose to the regional league. A year later they rose from bottom of the table again.
