Valentin Plătăreanu
Valentin Plătăreanu (born November 15, 1936 in Bucharest ; † April 16, 2019 in Germany ) was a Romanian actor and acting teacher .
Life
He was a sought-after actor in Romania and vice director of the Bucharest State Theater and fled to West Germany in 1983 with his wife Doina and daughter Alexandra Maria Lara from the Ceaușescu regime.
In 1992, Plătăreanu founded the state-recognized acting school in Charlottenburg , together with Henner Oft in Berlin .
