The Polish Summer Ski Jumping Championships 2009 were held on October 10th and 11th, 2009 in Zakopane . While the competition was held from the normal hill on the Średnia Krokiew , the competition took place from the large hill on the Wielka Krokiew . The championships were organized by the Polish Ski Association (PZN) . The technical delegate was Piotr Fijas , while Lech Pochwała was the competition director. Adam Małysz became double champion .

Normal hill

The individual competition on the normal hill took place on October 10th, 2009 on the Średnia Krokiew ( K 85 / HS 94 ) in Zakopane. The later master Adam Małysz jumped twice to 88.5 meters and thus showed the greatest distance of the day.

Large hill

The individual competition on the large hill took place on October 11th, 2009 on the Wielka Krokiew (K 120 / HS 134) in Zakopane. After 26 athletes were eliminated after the qualifying event, 50 athletes took part in the championship competition. The runner-up Łukasz Rutkowski showed the longest jump with 133.5 meters.
