The Polish Summer Ski Jumping Championships 2010 took place from July 23rd to 25th in Szczyrk and Wisła . Both the competition on the normal hill and the club championship were held on the Skalite normal hill , while the competition on the large hill was held on the Adam-Małysz-Schanze . The championships were organized by the Polish Ski Association (PZN) . The technical delegate was Kazimierz Długopolski , while Piotr Kruczek was the competition director.

Single normal hill

Venue: Skalite

The individual competition on the normal hill took place on July 23, 2010 on the Skalite normal hill ( HS 106 ) in Szczyrk. 78 athletes took part in the qualification for championship jumping. Only 50 athletes were allowed to start in the competition, including two Czechs , but both of them missed the second round. The future champion Adam Małysz showed the longest jump of the day with 104.5 meters. This was well above the average of 79.7 meters in the first and 84.8 meters in the second run.

Single large hill

Venue: Malinka

The individual competition on the large hill took place on July 25, 2010 on the Malinka (HS 134) in Wisła. 70 athletes took part in the qualification for championship jumping. Only 50 athletes were allowed to take part in the competition, and they all counted. In addition to the 48 starting Polish ski jumpers, two Czechs also qualified for the competition. With his jump to 134.5 meters, the future master Adam Małysz showed the greatest distance of the day. The average distance in the second round was 106.3 meters, with Kamil Stoch's jump at 131 meters being the longest and Kamil Czerwinka's jump at 78.5 meters being the shortest.

Team normal hill

The team competition was held on July 24th, 2010 on the Skalite normal hill in Szczyrk. 15 teams from six clubs took part in the competition. The best individual performance was shown by Kamil Stoch with jumps on 108 and 101 meters and 262 points. Tomasz Byrt had the greatest distance of the day with 109 meters, but since he could not stand the jump, the 108 meters from Stoch meant a new hill record.
