The Polish summer championships in ski jumping 2019 took place on October 12th from the Skalite normal hill ( HS 104 ) in Szczyrk . For the first time in three years club championships were held again. The championships were organized by the Polish Ski Association (PZN) and held together with the Polish summer championships in Nordic combined.

Results
Men singles
The individual competition took place on October 12, 2019 in Szczyrk. 83 athletes were registered, but six jumpers were disqualified. There were also some Norwegians among the participants . The future champion Piotr Żyła showed the longest jump of the day with his jump of 111 meters.
Women singles
The individual competition took place on October 12, 2019 in Szczyrk. Twelve athletes were registered - including three Norwegians - all of whom were included in the ranking. The later champion Kinga Rajda showed the highest distance with 93.5 meters.

Men team
Thirteen teams from eight different clubs took part in the competition. The second round was canceled due to strong winds. The best individual jump was shown by Paweł Wąsek , who scored 147.4 points for his team for his 104-meter jump.
