In addition to a few gardens, there was also a vineyard. In 1801, a forester's house, a jug and two granny annals were built. 27 people lived in the five fireplaces (= households). The inn was entitled to a leased bridge toll as a source of income. The residents also had the right to cut wood in the Dubrow . From there they received 134 meters of logs cut each year . In 1860 there were four residential and two farm buildings in the colony. In addition, there was the protection area with the forester's house Prierosbrück, each with a residential and farm building. One lived there, 47 people in the colony. Until 1867, the residents of Gräbendorf were churched and since that time they have received pastoral care from Prieros. Since 1932 Prierosbrück has been run as a residential area by Gräbendorf.
