The Primera Divisió 1998/99 was the 4th season in the history of the Andorran football league. The CE Principat won the championship for the third time in a row and thus set an unmatched record. Since the second highest league, the Segona Divisió , was introduced the following season, the last four teams from the top division relegated to fill the newly created league.
