Qagchêng ( Tibetan : ཆ་ ཕྲེང ། , Wylie transcription : cha phreng , also Chathreng or Xiangcheng , Chinese  乡 城县 , Pinyin Xiàngchéng Xiàn ) is a district that belongs to the administrative area of ​​the Garzê Autonomous District of the Tibetans in the northwest of the Chinese province of Sichuan heard. Its main place is the Xambala (Xiāngbālā 香巴拉 镇 ). It has an area of ​​5,016 km² and has a population of 30,000 (2004).
