Queb | Federal Association for Employer Branding, Personnel Marketing and Recruiting e. V. is a German business association , consisting of approx. 50 companies, which deals with the topics of employer branding , personnel marketing and recruiting . Queb is organized as an association, has its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and is entered in the register of associations .

structure

In addition to general meetings, symposia, forums, congresses, conferences and seminars, which usually take place several times a year at different locations, the members also meet irregularly at regional network meetings and working group meetings. The working groups deal with current issues relating to national and international personnel marketing and employer branding. There is a regular exchange of experiences, work and quality guidelines are developed, benchmarks and analyzes are initiated and personnel marketing tools and new trends are identified. The aim is still to create joint initiatives and platforms for the attraction, integration and retention of employees of the member companies.

One result of Queb's work are the definitions of the terms employer branding, personnel marketing and recruiting drawn up by member companies, advisory boards and alumni:

  • The aim of employer branding is to create a distinguishable, authentic, credible, consistent and attractive employer brand in the perception of an employer that has a positive impact on the corporate brand.
  • The aim of personnel marketing is to find the applicant target groups, to reach them, to interest them in the company, to inspire them, to bind them and to motivate them to make suitable applications.
  • The aim of recruiting is to fill vacancies in a company with qualified and motivated candidates.
