The Röderhof or Fahrradhof (also called "Wastler") is located in the Tanas fraction of the municipality of Laas in the Vinschgau in South Tyrol . It is at number 19 and is opposite the St. Anna Chapel .

The property is a late-Gothic building with a boarded gable, barrel-vaulted entrance hall and vaulted kitchen. A round arch into the former barn , while the stable was placed in an external building. On the upper floor there is a room with the year 1596. The walls are decorated with a painted corner block. On the left in the east front of the house is a wall niche with a statue of the Virgin Mary , next to it a putti . As part of the village renovation, the roof structure was renewed, and two half-wheels were installed on the east side to refer to the name Fahrradhof. At the end of the 20th century, the building was extensively renovated again.

The farm was first mentioned in a document in 1409, so it should be older. In 1739 it is managed by a Hans Telser. A purchase contract dated September 24, 1839 shows a Martin Telser as the new owner. Since then, he has remained in the inheritance of his descendants.
