The so-called Prüllhof is a triangular ensemble of buildings in the municipality of Laas in Vinschgau in South Tyrol .

It was originally the "Platterhaus" (today Vinschgaustraße 47) whose western boundary is the Schneidergasse. At right angles to Schneidergasse and ending with Tinzlgasse in the south is the so-called “Ban Gschtumserander” courtyard with its own postal address Schneidergasse 5. Both structures existed before the great village fire of 1862 and were rebuilt after the destruction. In 1862 the Hirschen inn was added to the Stall and Stadl des Platter along the Vinschgaustraße in an easterly direction, which ends with the Tinzlgasse. (The Tinzlgasse thus leads diagonally from the Schneidergasse into the Vinschgaustraße and forms the border of the complex to the south and east.)

In the Platterhaus with its remarkable bay window there is a passage that leads from Vischgaustraße to Gschtumserander. Here on the east side there are walled-up, but clearly recognizable window openings, which are probably of Romanesque origin. This may also apply to the courtyard wall along Tinzlgasse with the walled-up courtyard gate. Both of these point to a manorial residence from the Middle Ages. At the southwest corner of the house there is a striking bay window and above the arched entrance two niches with representations of St. Sebastian and Mary with the Seven Sorrows . In between, painted on the house wall, St. Florian . All images are in poor condition. Today it is used for residential purposes.

In the Platterhaus, with its bay window facing Vinschgau Street and the figure of the saint above the house entrance, there are apartments and a shop that was located there before 1920 (“Grödner Laden” - later “Ban Gröner”) and until 1964 a tailor's shop. In addition, a hairdressing business was operated there as a sideline from 1920 to 1938 .

The former “Gasthof Hirschen” belonging to the complex stands on the corner of Vinschgaustraße and Tinzlgasse and forms the tip of the triangle. After the new building, the Ochsenwirt's fair was transferred here, after the former Ochsenwirt in Vinschgaustraße 45 had been relocated here after the village fire. The house was built by Anton Tafatscher and Dr. Johann Tinzl, who had set up an outpatient clinic with a medicine cabinet on the top floor. The post office was located in the Gasthof zum Hirschen and at the end of the 19th century the meeting point and meeting place of the German and Austrian Alpine Club . The negotiations with the municipality of Laas for the construction of the Troppauer Hütte on the Oberen Laaser Alm and in 1905 planning discussions for the construction of the Vinschgau Railway took place here. The restaurant has since been given up and there is a shop in the premises.
