Radinov (German Radenau , also Radenow ) is a single layer of the municipality of Chrtníč in the Czech Republic. It is four kilometers west of Habry and belongs to the Okres Havlíčkův Brod .

geography

Radinov is located on the right side of the Radinovka brook in Hornosázavská pahorkatina ( hill country on the upper Sázava ). The Horní bahna ( Spitzfeld ; 501 m nm) rises in the northeast .

Neighboring towns are Hrbolka and Okrouhlík in the north, Kobylí Hlava and Chrtníč in the Northeast, Habry the east, Kysibl, Mlyn Kysibl and Lubno the southeast, Sázavka in the south, Štěpánov in the southwest, Leština u Světlé in the west and Nová Ves u Leštiny and Kamenná Lhota in Northwest.

history

According to legend, Radoňov was founded in 1101 by a certain Radon. During the power struggles after the murder of Duke Břetislav II, he is said to have chased the German mercenaries out of the area around Habry and was rewarded by Bořivoj II for his bravery with a piece of land on which he owned a farm Radonuv dvur or Radonov docked.

Probably in the first half of the 13th century the village and fortress Radoňov were established. The church was built around 1250 at the festivals as a noble church. In 1327 Slavibor von Radoňov owned the fortress. Since 1350 one is Plebanie in Radoňov proven. From 1359 Radoňov belonged to the Chlum Castle . The last mention of the fortress and the village comes from 1417, when Jan von Chlum inherited the estate. Radoňov became extinct during the Hussite Wars , the village and the fortress were probably destroyed in January 1422 during the Battle of Habern .

In 1462 Radoňov consisted of two separate farms, the village and the fortress were no longer mentioned. At the site of the desert village, a farm was later laid out.

In 1840, the in was Caslauer county located and by Chrtnitz konskribierte settlement Radenau or Radoniow from the public chapel of St. Bartholomäus, a manorial farm and a mill. The parish was Habern . Until the middle of the 19th century, Radenau remained subject to Goltsch-Jenikau .

After the abolition of patrimonial Radinov formed from 1849 a settlement of the Chrtníč community in the judicial district of Habern . From 1868 the place belonged to the Časlau district . The Radinov farm remained in the possession of the Golčův Jeníkov manor until the land reform of 1920/21. In 1949 Radinov was assigned to the Okres Chotěboř. Radinov has belonged to Okres Havlíčkův Brod since the territorial reform of 1960 .

Attractions

  • Early Gothic branch church of St. Bartholomew, it was probably built in the 13th century and has been a parish church since 1350. There is a cemetery around the church.
